Remy's Bar Mitzvah party was held at one of the most unique locations - an airfield! The festivities were in a very large airport terminal of a small airport in the suburbs of Philadelphia. It was joy to photograph this family, and Remy is such a special and unique kid. I absolutely adored him! We did some portraits prior to the party day, a few days prior. It looked like it was about to storm but we kept our session and watched the weather. We were lucky that it didn't rain until the moment we were finished and pulling out of the parking lot.Remy's father is flying small planes out of here and it was was one of the reasons they had the event there. Also, they wanted something entirely unique and fun, but large enough to hold their large guest list. There were so many great spots to photograph at for this portrait session, and the light was mystical and beautiful. My subjects came decked out in their party clothes and looked gorgeous, so of course that helped!
